These terms cover use of this website and the status of any booking request made through it.

Booking requests are requests

Submitting the booking form does not create a confirmed booking, reserve a date, or form a contract. It opens an enquiry, which is reviewed and answered individually.

A booking exists only once terms have been agreed in writing — dates, rate, usage, and any expenses. Until then, requested dates remain available to others.

Rates and usage

Quoted rates cover the shoot itself. Usage and licensing are negotiated separately and priced according to where the work runs, in which territories, and for how long. Neither is implied by a day rate.

Cancellation, rescheduling and overtime terms are set out in the agreement for each project rather than here, because they differ by job.

All photography on this site is the property of the photographers credited alongside it and is shown here with the model's permission for portfolio purposes.

Nothing here may be reproduced, redistributed, used to train a machine-learning model, or used commercially without written permission from the copyright holder. Downloading the comp card is permitted for the purpose of considering Makayla for a project.

Accuracy

Statistics, availability and portfolio content are kept current, but may lag reality slightly. Confirm anything you intend to rely on before making a commitment.
