This site is operated by Makayla. This page describes what it collects and why.

What is collected

When you submit a booking request or contact form, the details you enter are stored so the enquiry can be answered: your name, email address, and whatever you write in the form. Nothing else is attached to it.

When you browse, the site records anonymous page-view and interaction counts — which pages are visited, which portfolio images are opened, whether a booking form was started. This is first-party and stays on this site's own infrastructure.

What is not collected

• No advertising or tracking cookies, and no third-party analytics service.
• No IP addresses are stored. Where one is needed to rate-limit a form against abuse, it is hashed with a rotating salt and the original is discarded.
• No cross-site tracking, and nothing is sold or shared with data brokers.

Because analytics session identifiers are salted with the current date, records from different days cannot be linked back to the same visitor — including by us.

Images and fonts

Demo photography is served from Unsplash's image CDN, which will see the request your browser makes for those files. Typefaces are served from this site, so no font provider is contacted.

How long it is kept

Booking and contact submissions are kept while they are commercially relevant and then deleted. Aggregate analytics counts are retained on a rolling basis and contain nothing that identifies you.

Your choices

You can ask what has been stored about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email hello@makayla.example and it will be handled.

If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, no analytics events are recorded for your visit.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the date below will change with it.
